As an ideal candidate, you have built a strong technical career in a startup or R&D environment. You are known for your technical acumen, uncanny attention to detail, unconditional commitment to quality, and ability to find solutions to hard problems.
How you'll make an impact:
- Actively contributing to the development of innovative non-destructive testing prototypes.
- Continually developing, evaluating, and communicating product requirements for Eddytec’s sensing solutions.
- Driving the maturation of advanced eddy-current technologies towards TRL 7, including management of customer trials to demonstrate readiness for deployment.
- Capturing, documenting, and distilling feedback from customers and prospects to steer product development.
- Collaborating closely with the engineering team in delivering outstanding results.
- Mentoring junior team members and interns and encouraging knowledge sharing.
- Presenting regular updates in the engineering team meetings providing clear communication of project progress and results.
What makes you a good fit:
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in contributing to delivery of complex hardware products with integrated software within a startup and/or scaleup environment.
- Hands-on experience maturing technologies from TRL 4 to TRL 7.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Passionate about engaging with and learning from customers.
- Background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, embedded systems, or sensor development.
- Naturally curious and thrive on challenges, with exceptional problem-solving skills, flexible thinking, and a knack for innovative solutions.
- Confident and fair team player who thrives in their role while actively supporting and celebrating the achievements of colleagues.
- Experienced in working in diverse technical teams, embracing a variety of cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives.
